Yuga Labs presents the first season of its unique Web3 game, HV-MTL (Heavy Metal) Forge. The social, competitive crafting game enables holders of HV-MTL NFTs to create, customize, and compete with their very own digital space.

It runs over 6 seasons (each lasting 3 weeks) with 2 modes. The community votes on the best spaces, propelling the most popular forgers up the social leaderboards. The more the community loves your space, the more energy you accumulate for crafting and competing.

Yuga Labs is one the biggest innovator in the space and has broken records with trips to their metaverse platform The Oherside and their first game Dookey Dash.

🎨“For The Culture” = Punk6529 x NFT Factory Paris x Artpoing

"For The Culture" is an endeavor to showcase the distinct culture of the Web3 and NFT art movement. The event is intended to be a celebration of Web3’s unique subculture, characterized by humor, memes, and creativity.

Scheduled to take place in person at the NFT Factory in Paris, and online via Foundation from July 5 – 8, the exhibition is set to feature pieces from more than 130 artists. Notable artists included XCOPY, DeeKay Kwon, Alpha Centauri Kid, Shavonne Wong, Seerlight, and AlienQueen + works from the Meme Cards project.

According to Vienna Kim, Artistic Manager at Artpoint and Curator of For The Culture, the goal is to capture the sense of freedom characteristic of Web3 culture by showcasing a diverse range of styles, techniques, and approaches.

adidas initiated their journey into the Web3 realm with the introduction of their NFT launch dubbed "Into the Metaverse" in December 2021.

Come April 2023, possessors had the option to burn their NFTs to acquire the fresh collection known as ALTS by Adidas. Fast forward to May, holders found themselves pleasantly surprised with an airdrop of three new NFTs, their purpose being a mystery. However, this week brought about a revelation as Chapter 2 was unveiled.

Adidas is now paving the way for holders to personally tailor their avatars, providing a digital representation of their identities.

A unique digital key, safeguarded with NFC technology, is concealed within the sole of every right sneaker. This key serves as a gateway to a confidential, secure platform that offers personalized services.

The innovative technology is courtesy of the Aura Blockchain Consortium, an initiative launched by international leaders in the luxury industry. LVMH, Mercedes Benz, OTB, Prada Group, and Richemont. The goal is to enhance transparency and traceability, thus providing consumers with an added layer of assurance and confidence using blockchain technology.
